GROUP BASED THERAPY

Group Therapy

  • Exciting New Group-Based Occupational Therapy Programs – 2025 Ability OT is thrilled to announce the launch of new group-based occupational therapy programs in 2025, designed to support individuals with neurological disorders and acquired brain injuries. These programs aim to build essential skills and improve (optimise?) overall capacity, using evidence-based approaches and led by experienced occupational therapists. We are now seeking expressions of interest for the following programs: • Fatigue Management • Social Skills • Vocational Rehabilitation
  • • 6-Week Memory Program (available via telehealth or in-person) • Upper Limb Rehab These programs are structured to provide specialised support in each area, focusing on practical strategies and techniques to enhance daily functioning and well-being. If you or someone you know is interested in participating, please get in touch to learn more or register your interest.
